Broker Associate George Antaplyan specializes in marketing exceptional homes in the Los Angeles market. As a full time realtor, he has become a community advocate for his local community, cities of San Fernando Valley, Glendale, Burbank, Tujunga, Sunland and the surrounding areas.
George takes great pride in partnering with JohnHart Realty in 2017 after successfully helping people realize their American dream for over 17 years.
George's enthusiasm for providing world-class service leads him to stay current on market trends so that his clients have the most up-to-date pricing information possible – whether buying or selling. As a master negotiator he uses his market knowledge to protect and guide his clients.
To improve his knowledge and further his education George successfully passed the real estate broker’s exam in 2005 and to date continues to learn and sharpen his skills to better serve his clients.

When not involved with clients or the community, George and his family enjoy the great outdoors. You might find them walking on the boulevard, riding bikes, playing soccer or enjoying food in one of the great restaurants in the community.
