Menas HOA Management is a San Diego based Homeowner Association (HOA) Management company that has earned its respected reputation for comprehensive care in the HOA management industry. Menas HOA Management prides ourselves on outstanding customer service. All of our Community Managers are encouraged to obtain their California Association Community Management (CCAM) certification through CACM and encouraged to enroll in continuing education classes/seminars to maintain their designations. Our certified HOA and Community Managers are knowledgeable and up to date on the ever changing laws. Our Community Managers work closely with their Boards to educate, guide and support each community they manage.

Menas HOA Management’s policy is to return all phone calls and email correspondence within 24 hours. If Menas HOA Management is selected, a team will be assigned to the community to provide full management services:

The very same day that the leak was fixed, a restoration company was contacted and the work was completed.
You are doing a great job over there at Menas. Everything we ask for we always get it quickly and everyone is very helpful. We are always glad when we find out that the property management company is Menas because we know we will be able to get what we need.
